3 Butter London Nail Polishes I NEED In My Life NOW

by - Wednesday, September 25, 2013

The title of my blog says it all. If you are not familiar with the phrase "Champagne taste on a beer budget" allow me to explain. Basically I am a poor university student whose expensive taste doesn't quite fit with her very skinny wallet. Unfortunately this means that I often come across something I love, something I then drool over from behind my computer screen or behind a display window, because it's the only way I'm going to be able to enjoy it.
So today as I have a very lengthy 9 hour break in between my classes, I have been looking over all of the beautiful Butter London nail polishes available at Sephora and The Bay. And let me just say if I wasn't so broke, a very large part of my bank account would be dedicated to these nail polishes.
While I have never actually owned one ( I'm too cheap to justify spending $17 on one nail polish, and I have to yet to receive one as a gift of some sort *hint hint friends*) I've heard only good things about them.
Here are the 3 that I feel I need in my possession ASAP:

Queen Vic - described as a "red wine meets cranberry" colour I am in love with this polish. I'm a big fan of "opaque" nail colours, and actually purple is my all time favourite colour. So this nail polish is needed, like now.

Queen Vic- Ugh amazeballs

Henley Regatta- A turquoise with glitter and I'm OBSESSED. Let's just take a moment to take it in because this colour knocked me off my feet when I saw it on the website. I am a big fan of glitter polishes as well and this is just one of those colours that would look amazing year round, and bring in many compliments I think.

Henley Regatta-  Can we say perfect?

Rosie Lee- The website says that this polish will lift your spirits and your outfit and I could not agree more. Honestly this one is just a given for a girly girl like me. I seriously don't think you can be a girl who likes pink and glitter and not want this in your life, it's got to be a law or something.

Rosie Lee- This is the definition of Girly Girl

At some point I'm going to have to suck it up and splurge on these, or pull a bank job so I can buy them all , but I for sure am going after these three first!
