A Thank You

A while back, I used to write Wisdom Wednesday blog posts once a week. This isn't exactly the same thing, but it's close enough.
I'd be lying if I said that things have been going super well lately. I mean don't get me wrong, I'm not in crisis mode or anything, but some things in life have been tough as of late. School is taking a lot out of me. And not in the usual "school should be challenging you" way it normally might. If I haven't mentioned this before, I am leaving University a year early, graduating with a Bachelors degree as opposed to a Bachelor of Honours like I had originally planned. The reason behind this is complicated, and not something I'm really prepared to share with you all just yet, but I can tell you that it is in large part because school leaves me feeling completely drained, both mentally and emotionally. And while I am very glad that in just two and a half more short months, I will be finished with my degree, I am struggling to make it through the last stretch.
But, my issues with school are not the point of this blog post. This post is meant to act as a Thank You note of sorts. A Thank You to my friends, whose constant support is what keeps me going. I'm not going to name names, because I know, they know who they are, but I am so lucky and so blessed to have these beautiful souls in my life.
When you surround yourself with a solid group of friends, ones who know just the right things to say when you're feeling sad, ones who give you the just the right amount of motivation when you're feeling stressed, and ones whose wacky sense of humour can make you laugh when you need to the most, that's when you know you're going to be okay. I can honestly say I don't know where I would be without these people in my life. And because I don't think I say it nearly enough, here is my Thank You, written out for all to see. I love you more than I can say, and my gratitude will never be enough for all of the wonderful things you do for me.

Peace and Blessin's
Spenser xx
